As with all Open Software modeled computing, the Linux operating system is in a dynamic state of change. Integrity Linux Systems strives to provide the most stable kernel with its associated patches current to the time of shipment regardless of the distribution you choose.
In the first 90 days after shipment, our goal is to provide you the optimal solution in overcoming any remaining software issues regarding your particular Linux distribution environment as shipped.

3-Year Hardware Warranty
(standard warranty)
System or component failure within the first 30 days of delivery are considered "DOA" and will be replaced immediately from available inventory.
System components that fail after the first 30 days and up to 3 years will be replaced from stock on a best effort basis.

On-Site & Extended Maintenance
(additional premium at time of order)
ON-SITE warranty: Service personnel are dispatched for on-site service with 24 hour response.
EXTENDED warranty with expedited parts shipment: replacement parts are cross shipped for delivery within 48 hours of failure.
